Candidates must have good reasoning, problem-solving skills, excellent customer service skills, and a positive team-player attitude. Maintenance Technician Responsibilities & DutiesAssist with maintenance improvement projectsMaintain the upkeep and repair of the property and groundsAssist with periodic inspections of the property and apartmentsPrepare vacant apartments for occupancyPerform work order requestsComplete seasonal maintenance such as maintaining sprinkling systems, pool area, and snow removalRequirements:Maintenance technician skills:Home repair or handyman skillsExperience with paintingKnowledge of pool operation and maintenanceWillingness to assist with janitorial duties such as power washing, picking up trash, cleaning, etc.Basic computer skillsAbility to be on call for maintenance emergenciesScheduleThe work schedule is Monday through Saturday, with a day off during that period plus Sundays.BenefitsMedical (100% of employee monthly premium paid for)PTOPaid HolidaysDentalVisionLife Insurance paid for by the companyShort and Long term disabilityCompany events and activitiesBach Team is committed to workforce diversity.
