Range for this position is $85,800.00-$104,800.00 annually. The
full Pay Range is $66,600.00 - $124,300.00 annually. At BECU,
compensation decisions are determined using factors such as
relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training.
Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual
qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives
are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance
based and targets vary by role.BENEFITSEmployees and their eligible

Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. We also
offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, as

retirement plan. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid
time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up
to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid

performance analysis will shape how BECU leverages data to drive
smarter business decisions. You'll transform raw data into
actionable insights, creating reports, dashboards, and scorecards
that enhance operational efficiency. By collaborating across teams,
you'll help optimize processes, identify trends, and influence
strategic initiatives. Your contributions will not only support

members.To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be
residents of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC. If you're located in
Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from
Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays &
Wednesdays. For those candidates that live outside the commute
distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations,
this role will be remote. Remote or onsite, we are committed to
ensuring you are fully engaged and included in our collaborative
environment.WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Analyze & Solve Problems: Use statistical problem-solving
techniques to identify trends, root causes, and gaps that impact
business performance.
- Develop Dashboards & Reports: Create and maintain dynamic
dashboards, reports, and scorecards that provide real-time insights
into operational efficiency.
- Translate Business Needs: Work closely with stakeholders to
define business requirements and convert them into conceptual and
logical data models.
- Visualize Data Effectively: Extract, manipulate, and present
data in ways that maximize usability and impact through dashboards,
reports, and visual storytelling.
- Support Business Operations: Provide broad analytical and
operational support, ensuring key performance data is available for
decision-making.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with internal teams to gather
performance data related to products, channels, and members,
driving informed decision-making.
- Conduct Trend Analysis: Perform analytical studies on business
trends, operational performance, and member behavior to identify
actionable insights.
- Leverage Data Systems: Utilize BECU systems to conduct
querying, modeling, forecasting, trending, variance analysis, and
other data-driven evaluations.
- Drive Research Initiatives: Assist in qualitative and
quantitative research phases to support assessments, long-range
planning, and product/service enhancements.
- Generate Actionable Insights: Provide creative, strategic
recommendations by identifying key business drivers and market
trends.
- Ensure Data Integrity: Maintain high standards of accuracy,
ensuring reliable data collection, analysis, and reporting
practices.

excellence.QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, data analytics, or a
related quantitative field, or equivalent relevant experience in
data analysis.
- Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in data
mining, query development, and multi-system data integration.
- Experience in data analysis and visualization tools, including
but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Intelligence
platforms.Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in financial institution data analysis and
reporting.
- High level of accuracy and ability to manage multiple
priorities.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business
needs.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven
recommendations.
- Experience with Tableau and other data visualization
tools.
- Ability to generate actionable insights and support long-range
