enterprises related to agriculture.SummaryThis role is responsible
for ensuring that all product produced meets quality standards by
continuous monitoring of the finished product on all lines and
executing the appropriate processing standards to achieve those
quality standards. This role supervises and coordinates on an
assigned shift the activities of the facility to meet operational
goals, specifically, but not limited to product quality,
sanitation, food safety, employee safety along with any other
customer or facility requirements. Leadership, delegation, coaching
and subordinate development are key ingredients to the success of
the Product Quality Supervisor. This role also will assist the
Shift Manager manage and coordinate the activities of the facility
to meet all other operational goals which includes quality,
sanitation, food safety, employee safety along with budgeted
volumes and controllables. In addition, the incumbent must closely
monitor internal information gathering and communications systems
to evaluate performance of the facility and team members.Key
