We pride ourselves on our comprehensive and personalized approach to patient care.Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join our team in Boise, ID. The ideal candidate will be either an Occupational Therapist (OT) or a Physical Therapist (PT) with certification in hand therapy. You will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing treatment programs for patients with upper extremity injuries and conditions.Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with hand and upper extremity conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes. Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to address patient needs. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.Qualifications: Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Idaho. Certification as a Hand Therapist (CHT) required. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
