recruiting for aClinical Supervisorfor our Qualified Individual
Clinician team. This position is an exciting opportunity to impact
youth, ensuring they receive the appropriate level of treatment to
address their trauma and meet their mental health needs. This
position is responsible for leadership and supervision of a dynamic
clinician team charged with conducting assessments to determine
foster care youth level of treatment. The core assessment is
conducted by administering the CANS (Child and Adolescent Needs and
Strengths) tool. This position will supervise clinicians located
across the state. Supervision will be expected Monday through
Friday 8 am - 5pm and on call supervision of the warm line
clinicians as assigned. On call coverage is shared with the
leadership team.This position may be eligible for telework after
successful completion of probation and necessary training.The Idaho

OF DUTIES:
- Interview and hire staff, support new staff through the Academy
competency-based learning period.
- Plan and organize work and assign cases to QI team.
- Determine case priorities and ensure quality of work
performed.
- Monitor, review and approve written work, including court
documents.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback on an
on-going basis.
- Conduct staff meetings and provide technical oversight
regarding program policies, goals and procedures.
- Assess staff training needs and provide training.
- Train and manage QI team warm line on call.
- May conduct direct QI assessment as capacity is needed.MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS:You must possess all the minimum qualifications

- Some knowledge of supervisory practices.Typically gained
through completion of a class or seminar (of more than 1 day)
specifically covering supervisory practices or the elements of
supervisionORcompletion of a college-level personnel-related
courses covering supervisory practicesORlead work experience that
involved work assignment, direction, and monitoring of staff.
- Some knowledge of community organization/development principles
and processes.Typically gained by completion of community
organization/development course or workshops equivalent to three
semester hours of college credit or 40 classroom hoursORdirect
services role in case management or psychosocial or rehabilitative
therapy or counseling and applying these principles in a community
development role.
- Experience providing social or treatment services in clinical
and community-based treatment services in clinical and
community-based treatment settings.Typically gained by at least two
year's experience providing direct clinical services/practice
conducting assessments, crisis interventions, case management,
treatment plans, therapy, follow-up, evaluations, treatment,
reports, etc., for clients in a community-based setting, project or
program.
- Experience providing in-service skills training to professional
staff.Typically gained through leadwork/team leader, or supervisory
or managerial assignments where you developed and conducted
in-service skills training for individual or groups.SPECIALTY
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- This position requires licensure in one of the following:
Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social
Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed
Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).For licensure information
