  **Boise. Meridian, Nampa, Magic Valley. - will travel between locations.
  --- Demonstrating Case Management best practices for staff including Nursing & Social work team.
  --- Overseeing clinical practice components of nurse & social work education and training programs (i.e., documentation, obtaining consent, running interdisciplinary rounds, completing assessments, incorporate clinical pathways for top DRGs, & discharge planning).
  --- Helping to develop curriculum for nurse training programs in cooperation with other faculty or directors of nursing (i.e., complex cases, transitions of care programs, observation cases, discharge before noon protocols, etc.)
  --- Partner with directors of CM/SW/CRM on staff with issues performance as well as manage attendance for required staff training
  --- Staying up to date on the latest advances in medicine and changes to best practice standards for patient care
