Job Description:
I am looking for an office personal assistant. This flexible
part-time or full-time role includes light admin tasks, supporting
me as I manage multiple businesses. I am based in North Boise, just
15 minutes north of downtown near Hidden Springs, and I am open to
tailoring this position to the right person, whether part-time or
full-time!
Responsibilities:
--- Arrange travel including hotel, flight, and transportation
--- Do other assigned tasks as needed
--- Keep track of filing systems for administrative tasks
--- Relay messages received through phone calls or emails to our
team to make our business run more efficiently
--- Keep the office organized and efficient
--- Set up cameras for video shoots (video camera experience is a
plus!)
--- Schedule and manage appointments
--- Monitor and respond to emails
Qualifications:
--- Experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant,
administrative assistant or a related job with administrative
tasks
--- Capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision
--- Great time management skills as well as both written and verbal
communication skills
--- Proficient in Microsoft Office
